How do I know which mat is right for me? All LILA mats have the same size (72 × 24 inches), thickness (4.8mm), grip, and performance. The only difference is the color—choose the one you love most!
Can I use this mat without a towel? Yes. The PU surface is designed to activate with moisture, meaning grip improves as your body warms up.
Why does my mat show sweat or moisture marks? Our mats absorb moisture to maintain a strong, non-slip grip. Temporary marks may appear after use but will fade as the mat fully air dries.
How thick is the mat? 4.8mm—providing cushioning for your joints while maintaining stability for balance and strength work.
What is the mat made of? A premium PU top layer for grip, paired with a natural rubber base for support and stability.
Is the mat non-toxic? Yes. Our mats are made without PVC, phthalates, or harmful chemicals.
